RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
To process successfully returning the product should follow these steps:
1.- Create a support ticket in our website with exhaustive information, explaining exactly the problem that you have with our product.
2.- Once ticket submitted, you will receive response from us within 48-72 hours. If appropriate, we will provide an authorization number for the collection of material (RMA) that we will attach them in a document that the customer will have to print and attach to the return package along with a copy of the invoice. DO NOT make the shipment of material till you not received the proper RMA number. Shipments made without an RMA number will not be processed until the customer does not formalize the request.
3.- They should wrap the product in the packaging and attach it with all materials and original documentation. If you do not have the original packaging, you must protect the material with a sheet of plastic padded with air bubbles. If the device is damaged by packing default, the warranty may be void.
4.- After receiving the product in our company, the technical department has a maximum of 15 days to repair your device or send a new one, if repair is not possible, provided that it is within the terms of the warranty.
5.- The shipping of the RMA will be paid by the customer and Auto-Polar will pay the return shipping. Auto-Polar will send the material by the Post company. Once processed the shipment, we will inform you by email the tracking number for your shipment.
If your product is not under warranty the customer would have to pay the freight of send and return of material, and product repair. To do this, you can request us a budget, without any kind of compromise. Simply write us at email@example.com or generate a support ticket.
