The payment modality chosen by you can affect delivery times

If a package is not received within the period specified, you must notify a message on the online store for you www.auto-polar.com conducted an investigation with the carrier which may take several days (the approximate period is fourteen (14) business days). During this period, you can not perform any forwarding or refund the order.

We advise you to receive your package check that everything is OK with your order and packing package is in perfect condition, then sign with reservations and indicate by hand in the delivery of the carrier if any abnormality found on receipt. When you open your package, if you find that the items delivered are not in conformity with your order or are damaged, please contact with QDS.
